What's included in Private Training?

 We do our best to include ALL the tools you will need to be successful based on you goal. Depending on the amount of support you're interested in, our

60-minute sessions may include:

- Your personal customized workout

- Nutritional planning

- Stretching and improving mobility

- Taking measurements and testing progress

- Conversations about how you're doing and feeling with your program

- Strategizing for your success outside the gym

All of these components are optional. Some clients really enjoy getting all the support and information they can get, while others prefer to come in for a good workout, maybe a laugh or two and leave. We enjoy all kinds of client's and preferences and don't expect you to do anything you're not interested in.

What's your Training style?

Our primary goal is to support and guide you through your journey to better health.

Our Trainers come from various backgrounds with different specialties.

(check 'em out and we'll make sure you feel like you're with the right fit!)

All of us are certified in multiple specialties ranging from Power lifting to Yoga to Dietetics. Our goal is to help you move and feel your very best, whatever it takes.

We come from a functional movement standpoint. Our workouts aim to get you moving with as much, ease, alignment, stability and relief from restrictions as possible. From there, the sky is the limit to your progress!

We work with each other as a team to create solutions for your goals and even refer to outside practices if we think another professional's perspective would benefit you. 

How do I workout when I'm not Training?

We will create a plan together for all your workouts throughout the week regardless of how frequently you're Training at Revivewell.

 

Have some equipment at home? No equipment? Belong to another gym? We'll work with it and make sure you have a plan!

Should I get in shape before I start Training?

A lot of people ask this question and we always answer, NO!

 

You should never feel unprepared or intimidated to start Training. Welcoming you into fitness and teaching you how to get started safely and effectively is our specialty! We LOVE working with new people. We would never want any of our clients to feel embarrassed about their inexperience, in fact, we often assume our new clients have very little experience. It's normal.

How do I get started?

Most of our clients enjoy taking advantage of our Free Test Drive session to try a workout and ask questions in person. From there we can discuss packages, plans and prices.

If you're ready to get started now, head to our Training page and make your package selection. You'll be prompted to create a profile and schedule your first session with us. We'll send you an email to confirm and make sure you feel ready for your first workout!

Can I Train with my friend?

Absolutely! We love partner training. Sounds like a good time doesn't it?! 

 

Have more than one friend that wants to workout? Check out our custom Team Training packages. We do custom group trainings both at our studio or at your workplace!

Can I drop-in to the studio?

Revivewell is an appointment only Private Training Studio. We don't offer drop in's at this time.

We are very easy to schedule with though. Want to workout later today? Give us a call and we'll help you get in!

I'm not sure this is for me...

We get it, it can feel like a lot. We also get that many of our clients don't feel like they're "gym people". That's why we're here. Our space is private, clean and simple. We'll tailor the workout, the music and even the jokes to your liking! We go at your pace. We take time learning where you're coming from and what you dream of accomplishing. 

We're low pressure. We invite you to try Training out with a Free Test Drive Session to start so you can check out the place, the vibes and the people. We never want you to feel pressured to buy, commit or continue. This is about your pace and your success.
