We are so excited to be offering this limited time workshop to those who suffer from back pain or who would like to learn more about their posture and how to move with optimal back strength and mobility!

In this 4 week workshop you will learn how to:

  • Prevent and Correct Muscular Imbalances

  • Strengthen your Core Muscles

  • Improve your Back Mobility

  • Correct Pelvic Alignment 

  • Receive a unique movement plan for your lifestyle
