What we're doing to keep you safe + healthy...

...WE LOVE YOU, BUT WE'LL BE HOLDING OFF ON THE HIGH FIVES FOR NOW!

  • SANITIZING

We are being diligent to sanitize all used equipment and every high touch surface in between every session with CDC approved cleaner. We're washing our hands before and after every session and we ask that you do too.

  • KEEPING THINGS PERSONAL

You and your Trainer will be the only people in the studio during your session. You will not come into contact with any other persons while Training at the Studio.

For now, we will not be resuming group classes in the studio, however we are excited to share the library of video classes we have been building available at any time for free on our website.

  • OPTION TO WORKOUT FROM HOME

We want you to feel safe and comfortable while still maintaining and pursuing your health goals. We are now offering our Private Training sessions online through Zoom and FaceTime! If you do not feel well or are just not ready to venture to the studio, we welcome you staying home and invite you to train with us virtually. Just contact us and we'll help you get set up with a plan.

  • STAYING MASKED

In compliance with current local guidelines, we require everyone within our studio to remain masked (that goes for us too!) Thank you for cooperating with us and helping everyone stay safe.

  • IN ADDITION...

We're upgrading our air filters!

In compliance with the Oregon Health authority guidelines, our showers are currently closed.

We have complimentary masks and hand sanitizer available to you by every door to our studio.

Enjoy the support of your Trainer as you progress through your own lifestyle-based program covering all your daily Training, Nutrition and Mobility goals.

We want you to feel your best. Some days you want a kick ass workout and some days you need recovery stretches.
